Do you like sushi?
What is your favorite food? When asked, I reply, “I like sushi”. Many people like sushi. Sushi is now available in cities all over the world, but I still think Japanese sushi is delicious. Today, I’d like to recommend my sushi lunch.

Delicious way to eat “Zeitaku-don”
Finally, here are some of the delicious ways the restaurant recommends eating it. (1) A bowl of rice and sashimi is brought to the table. (2) The bowl is really beautiful… (3) Pour soy sauce over the entire dish and enjoy two thirds of the deliciousness! (4) Add the sashimi from the blue plate to the bowl and ask the restaurant staff to add tai dashi (sea bream soup stock) to the bowl.
These are the recommended ways to eat it, but they say you can eat it any way you like! Tsuji-han’s website is here. The restaurant seems to be located in Taiwan as well as Japan!
